P-51A-1NA Mustang

There are three P-51As flying in the world today. This one was accepted by the USAAF in 1943, and she crashed in Alaska on 16 February 1944. The pilot, Lt. Edward W. Getter, was killed. The wreckage was recovered in 1977, and she had an eight year restoration in Ohio. Her first flight was 3 July 1985.
