Vultee BT-13 Valiant
The Tuskegee Airmen did basic training in the Vultee
BT-13A and advanced training in the North American
AT-6. The Valiant had
the distinction of being produced in greater numbers (over 11,000) than
any other U.S. produced basic trainer in World War II.
