This DC-7B is the only one surviving in passenger configuration. It won the Outstanding Limited Production, Outstanding In Type - Small Plaque, AirVenture 2010 Award for Contemporary Aircraft.

This DC-7B is owned by the Historical Flight Foundation and carries the colors of Eastern Airlines. The Historical Flight Foundation bought the aircraft in 2004, after sitting idle for 32 years. It underwent a a lengthy and thorough restoration beginning in late 2004.
