C-GDAK, The Burma Star, was built in 1939 and is owned by the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. This aircraft was originally delivered to Eastern Airlines as NC1729, but was impressed by the U.S. War Department in 1942 and saw military service as a C-49.
