In 1992, Erickson purchased the Type Certificate
to the Sikorsky S-64E and
S-64F model Skycranes. Erickson Air-Crane
is now the manufacturer and support facility for all
S-64 parts
and components, and the aircraft designation has changed to the
S-64 Aircrane.
