Turkish 737 AEW&C

The Peace Eagle project has been plagued by radar, software production, and integration problem delays. Turkey ordered four 737-700 AEW&C aircraft from Boeing in 2003. The aircraft will utilize the Northrop Grumman MESA electronically scanned array radar.

Turkish 737
AEW&C

The furthest aircraft in this photo appears to be a Japanese E-767 AWACS (No. 503). The next aircraft appears to be a U.S. E-3 Sentry, and the nearest one is a Turkish 737-based AEW&C. This will be Turkey's first AEW&C (airborne early warning and control system) aircraft. Boeing says it will deliver the aircraft at the end of 2012.
