Boeing B-17F Memphis Belle

"Twenty-five doesn't sound like much until you start flying them," Col. Robert Morgan, USAF (Ret). Then Captain Morgan completed his 25th mission on 17 May 1943. He did not fly all his missions in the Memphis Belle. Generally, when you see a mission listing for the Memphis Belle, it is really for the missions flown by Captain Morgan!
