PzKpfw VI Tiger

Tiger tanks were expensive in terms of time, raw materials and money. They had reliability problems, were too heavy for most bridges, had a slow traversing hydraulically-operated turret, and only had an averaged top speed of about 45 kph (28 mph).

PzKpfw VI Tiger I

The Tiger I mounted the 88 mm gun and sacrificed mobility for firepower and armor. It had 100 mm frontal hull armor and 120 mm frontal turret armor.
