Bristol Bolingbroke IVT

In 1962, George A. Maude agreed to donate this aircraft to the RCAF. It underwent restoration in Alberta beginning in May 1963 and handed over to the RCAF on June 6, 1964.

Bolingbroke IVT

After early RCAF service on coastal patrol, Bolingbrokes served through the war as bombing and gunnery trainers and as target tugs in the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. Thirteen Bolingbrokes are known to be in museum collections around the world.
