The Northern Ohio Museum of Aviation (NOMA) is restoring this Howard DGA-4 "Ike" NR56Y racer. It was built in 1932 and was powered by a Menasco B-6, 160 HP inverted inline engine. This aircraft won the Inverted World Speed Record in 1934.
