Douglas A-24B Banshee

This Douglas A-24B was purchased from a Hollywood (MGM..?) studio where it was used as wind machine while filming motion pictures. The Douglas A-24B was the Army's version of the SBD-5 Dauntless. They were similar to the Navy's SBDs but lacked a tailhook and had a pneumatic tailwheel.
