Martin Glider

The Martin Glider was one of the first mono-wing designs in aviation. It was built in 1908 by Mr. William Martin. He was a farmer and a dreamer from Stark County, Ohio who was acquainted with the Wright Brothers. The glider's first flight was on January 12, 1909.
