Rheintochter R I
Surface-to-air missile

The Rheintochter R I (Rhine Daughter) was an experimental German two-stage antiaircraft missile tested in the last year of WWII. It was also one of the largest solid-fuel rockets of the war and produced the greatest thrust. None of these antiaircraft missiles ever became operational.
