Junkers Jumo 004 B4 Turbojet

The Jumo 004 was the world's first mass-produced turbojet engine. Development began in 1939. The 004B model was easier to manufacture than the earlier model, it weighed less, and utilized air cooling of the combustor, turbine blades, and exhaust nozzle. The Jumo was primarily used on the Me 262 fighter and
Ar 234 light bomber.
