Boeing P-26A
Peashooter

The P-26 was the last open-cockpit fighter accepted by the U.S. Army Air Corps and the last with a fixed landing gear and external wing bracing. It was also the last military fighter produced by Boeing, and it served as America's first line of air defense in the mid-to-late-1930s.
