Reichstag
The inverted conical structure in the center of the dome is a mirrored cone that draws light into the plenary chamber and provides passive ventilation of the Reichstag. Hot air rises and is exhausted at openings at the top of the dome while fresh air from intakes located at the perimeter of the building is drawn in.
