This is a replica of the guardhouse operated by U.S. military police during the Cold War. The individuals in the U.S. and French uniforms are employees of the museum - not soldiers. I think the French "soldier" was wearing blue jeans. OK, I guess the blue jeans at least blend with the blue jacket.
