Patio de Lindaraja

The Patio de Lindaraja got its present cloistered look in the 1520s and was built for Carlos I. Originally it was a lower garden of the Palace of the Lions and open to the outside. Stylistically it isn't that different from the Muslim sections but the detailing is not nearly as intricate.
