New Jerusalem
This is scene from the new Jerusalem. We had just finished a great meal in one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants in Jerusalem. The flags are Turkish. At the time there was a high level state visit by the Turks and the flags were part of the welcome. Relations with Turkey have soured in recent years with the election of Prime Minister Erdogan in 2003.
