Sherman Armored Medical Evacuation VSS
At the outset of the War of Attrition, the Ordnance Corps was assigned the task of developing a tank for casualty evacuation under fire. In 1969, they built this prototype. While only briefly used, it proved the concept for the next generation of vehicles.
