M113A2 TOW Under Armor

Introduced during the Cold War, the M113A2 TOW Under Armor (TUA) was intended to counter Warsaw Pact armored vehicles. The TUA used a Norwegian turret equipped with two TOW (Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wire-guided) missile launchers that could be fired from inside the armored vehicle.

From 1992 to 2002, Canadian units used this vehicle to support U.N. and NATO missions in Croatia and Bosnia.
