Lake McDonald Lodge is located in the southwestern portion of Glacier National Park along the Going-to-the-Sun Road.

Lake McDonald Lodge is a three story structure built on the eastern shore of Lake McDonald. It opened on June 14, 1914 and is one of the finest examples of a Swiss Chalet hotel remaining in the United States.
