Eastern Kingbird

The Eastern Kingbird is a sturdy, medium-sized flycatcher with a large head, upright posture, square-tipped tail, and a relatively short, straight bill. It has a crown of yellow, orange, or reddish feathers, for which it is presumably named, although these feathers are typically concealed.
