Rusty Blackbird

This is an adult, non breeding Rusty Blackbird. To me, it is extremely beautiful. It has rufous-edged flight feathers, a gray rump, a dark eye-patch that contrasts its pale eyes, and a buffy and rufous pattern on its breast.
