The Memphis Belle was assigned to the 324th Bomb Squadron of the 91st Bomb Group.

The 91st Bomb Group (H) Restaurant was located at the Memphis airport and opened in the early 1980s. It was designed to resemble a World War II-era English farmhouse and was decorated with memorabilia from the era. You could always tell when the owner was in town because he parked his P-40 out in front of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant no longer exists.
