North American T-28 Trojan

The Air Zoo's Trojan was a Grand Champion Warbird at Oshkosh in 1974. It has a Blue Angel paint scheme, but Blue Angels never gave public performances in T-28s.

T-28A Trojan

The North American Aviation T-28 Trojan is a radial-engine military trainer aircraft used by the US Air Force and US Navy beginning in the 1950s. Besides its use as a trainer, the T-28 was successfully employed as a counter-insurgency aircraft, primarily during the Vietnam War.
