Canadair T-33AN Silver Star 3

This Silver Star was manufactured in February 1957 by Canadair Limited in Montreal, Quebec. In February 1961, the aircraft was painted red and flown as the Red Knight, the RCAF's solo aerobatic aircraft. It was transferred to the Museum in May 1964.

Silver Star 3

The Silver Star is a two-seat trainer version of the Lockheed P-80, the first operational U.S. jet fighter. The RCAF's version of the P-80 was modified to accommodate a more powerful Rolls-Royce Nene 10 engine.
