Restoration to airworthy status was completed by Avspecs in Auckland, New Zealand in September 2012. It is painted as EG-Y in the color scheme of 487 Squadron, RNZAF. The new-build fuselage was built by Glyn Powell.

This de Havilland Mosquito FB.26, number KA114, is owned by Jerry Yagen's Fighter Factory. It is one of only two currently airworthy Mosquitos and was manufactured in Canada in 1945. It never saw combat.
