Beechcraft Staggerwing C17B

NC47024's unusual paint scheme (most Staggerwings were painted in earth tone colors) is based on the 1936 Sherwin-Williams Airplane Finishing Specifications. The main colors are Horizon Blue, with Light Blue (Army Standard), Insignia Red (Army Standard), and White trim. Only 39 C17Bs were built between March 1936 to March 1937. Of those, only 12 remain with 3 in flying condition.
