T-2A Buckeye
The Buckeye had strong, wide-based tricycle landing gear, powered controls, large trailing-edge flaps, air brakes, and a retractable arrester hook. It was designed as an advanced combat flight trainer for gunnery, fighter tactics, bombing, and carrier qualifications.
