In German this memorial is called "Denkmal fur die ermordeten Juden Europas," or "Monument to the Murdered Jews of Europe."

This "memorial" is made up of 2,711 gray stone slabs that bear no markings. In fact, there is no meaning to the design or number of slabs. The "memorial" offers no educational value whatsoever. This is a wasted opportunity to educate people and remember those who were murdered by Hitler and his henchmen.
