Neue Wache
The Neue Wache (New Guardhouse) was built in 1818. For 100 years the Royal Palace Guard was located here. In 1969 the remains of an unknown soldier and an unknown concentration camp prisoner were buried here. They are covered with soil from World War II battlefields and concentration camps.
