Algeciras
You can see the Spanish city of Algeciras in the distance. The smoke on the horizon is from a refinery. When you drive past the area, you'll be treated to a really unpleasant stench. Note the runway. In order to handle larger aircraft, the runway was extended onto reclaimed ground, extending out into the bay.
