Ottawa Semi-Automatic Exchange
The Ottawa Semi-Automatic Exchange (OSAX) was the bunker's main message and communications control room. One of the most important functions of the bunker was to act as a communications hub within the Canadian Forces communications network, in peacetime or in war.
