This business car was built in the 1890s by Barney & Smith Car Co. of Dayton, Ohio. It is configured as a parlor/observation car. It has all wooden construction above the steel center sill. Rebuilt in 1910 by LS&MS/NYC Collinwood (Cleveland, OH) shops.
