At least 2,100 PV-1 Venturas and PV-2 Harpoons were delivered before the
end of the war, and the total number of deliveries to all customers exceeded
3,000.

The RAF ordered the first Venturas but cancelled the order after seeing their limitations as a daylight bomber. Those on hand were turned over to RAF Coastal Command. The U.S. Navy also placed an order, and Venturas saw combat in the Pacific.
