Macchi MC-200 Saetta

This example carries the markings of the 372nd Squadron of the Regia Aeronautica which it carried at the time of its capture in North Africa during November 1942.

Macchi MC-200
Saetta

The Saetta was one of the principal fighters that Italy entered the Second World War with. It made its first flight in December 1937. A total of 1,151 were produced.
