Light Tank

The M5A1 came out in 1942. It was a modified M3 with two Cadillac automobile engines, a new power train, and improved armor. The hull was all-welded, and the glacis was sloped and moved out to make more room for the driver. The tank commander and loader sit in front of the tank.
