Republic RF-84F
Thunderflash

First ordered in June of 1952, the RF-84F was the first modern jet designed specifically for photo-reconnaissance. Its air-intake ducts were located in the wing roots rather than the nose, and it had a combination of standard aerial cameras and dicing camera for close-up photos of individual targets.
