AquaDom
This acrylic cylinder was in the lobby of the Radisson Hotel, near Alexanderplatz, and was home to 1,500 fish. It was 16 meters high and 11.5 meters in diameter with a two-story glass elevator going up through the middle. It was the world's largest cylindrical aquarium.
The AquaDom burst on 16 December 2022, flooding the hotel and nearby streets. Two people were injured by falling glass.
